Meeting Minutes & Agendas

Hawaiian Homes Commission (HHC) meetings are the third Monday and Tuesday of the month except for furlough days and holidays.

Location: Commission meetings on Oʻahu are held in Hale Ponoʻi (the annex building) at the DHHL Main Office in Kapolei, 91-5420 Kapolei Parkway, Kapolei, Oʻahu. 

Agenda: Commission meeting agendas are posted approximately 1 week prior to the date of the meeting.   Meeting materials are available for public review in advance of the meeting on our website or in person at the DHHL Main Office in Kapolei, 91-5420 Kapolei Parkway, Kapolei, Oʻahu. 

Minutes: The Commission meets once a month to review DHHL division presentations and make decisions on specific issues. In a regularly scheduled HHC meeting, discussions are recorded and later transcribed. All meeting minutes will be approved at the subsequent HHC meeting. The minutes will be posted on this page once they are approved.

DHHL Community meetings are held in the evenings. No community meetings are scheduled for Oʻahu in January and June.HHC Meetings shall be conducted in compliance with Act 220 and any existing COVID-19 guidelines.
