The Department of the Interior announced earlier this week that it is extending the comment period for the proposed rule governing land exchanges involving Hawaiian home lands and amendments to the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act proposed by the State of Hawaii until August 12, 2015.

In accordance with §103D-304, HRS, the State of Hawaii, Department of Hawaiian Home Lands is seeking qualified service providers for the DHHL’s Homeownership Assistance and Literacy Education Program.
