This opportunity is available exclusively to La’i ‘Ōpua Villages 4 and 5 Undivided Interest (UI) lessees and La’i ‘Ōpua Village 1 and 2 project lease lessees. Please note UI lessees will receive priority in the lot selection process for both offers as they currently hold leases to lots within this increment.
