AG Opinion: Geothermal Proceeds On DHHL Lands

The Hawaiian Homes Commission approved the issuance of a general lease to Kaua'i Island Utility Cooperative for its Anahola Solar Project on 60 acres of Hawaiian home lands located in Anahola, Kaua'i to replace and improve upon the existing license that was first issued to both KIUC and the Homestead Community Development Corporation in Oct. 2011.

DHHL awarded the future La‘i ‘Ōpua Village 4 homeowners an “Undivided Interest” lease for a lot in this subdivision in October 2005.
