Notice to possible successors of the following deceased applicants, who died on or after October 26, 1998, and failed to designate a successor to their Hawaiian Home Lands application rights under the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act, 1920, as amended.

The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, through its contractor Hawaii Engineering Group, will conduct a field survey of active and inactive cesspools throughout homestead communities on Kauaʻi from November 2022 through January 2023.

The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, through its contractor Goodfellow Brothers, will conduct improvements to a main water line of Molokaʻi’s Hoʻolehua Water System on Wednesday, October 4, 2022.
