The areas include portions of Aliomanu Road where the roadway erodes into the ocean, Kealia Road/Kuhio Highway, and Anahola Beach Park, as well as an area across the street from the beach park.

Kakaina Homestead is a 45 lot, seven-acre subdivision located half a mile mauka of the Waimānalo Shopping Center.

The RFP for the 820 Isenberg Project includes demolition of the existing structure as well as design, construction, financing, management, operation, and maintenance of a multi-family residential rental facility.  

The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands offered 16 vacant lots to its Lānaʻi waitlist beneficiaries on Saturday, July 27.

The home was built through a partnership between the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands and Honolulu Habitat for Humanity and was funded through a zero-interest loan made possible by the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act, administered by DHHL.
