The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, in partnership with Gentry Kapolei Development, LCC, offered 37 turn-key lots in Kapolei’s Kaʻuluokahaʻi- Increment IIB on Saturday, December 5, 2020.

The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands has broken ground on the vertical construction of 60 homes within the Villages of Laʻi ʻŌpua in Kealakehe, Hawaiʻi Island for the Department’s second Rent-With-Option-To-Purchase project.
