Waianae Sidewalk and Stormwater Basin Repairs

(Waianae, Oahu) – The Department of Hawaiian Homelands, through it’s contractor, Kaikor Construction Group, Inc., will conduct sidewalk and stormwater basin repairs to Waianae homestead communities, including Princess Kahanu Estates (PKE) and Nanakuli Subdivisions.

Work is expected to begin on Monday, February 24, 2025 at PKE and in early April at Nanakuli. Work should be completed by August 2025, weather permitting.

Area residents should expect to see roll-off dumpsters in the community as well as construction noise and possible reduced traffic conditions Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the scheduled construction period.
