DHHL To Conduct Slope Maintenance on Auwaiolimu Street

(Papakōlea, Oʻahu) – The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, through its contractor Mira Image Construction, will be conducting slope maintenance on the mauka side of Auwaiolimu Street in Papakōlea beginning on June 29. The work will be conducted from 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. and is expected to take approximately three weeks to finish.
Traffic controls, including signs, flagmen, and off-duty Police officers, will be implemented along Auwaiolimu Street during work hours.
Once completed, DHHL will implement a bi-annual maintenance schedule for the slope.
