UPCOMING AWARD

The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) will award 390 non-parceled, undivided interest project leases on the westside of Hawaiʻi Island in Laʻi ʻŌpua Village 1 and 2 and various subdivisions of Kawaihae. Applicants on the Hawaiʻi island-wide residential wait list with application dates up to December 31, 2023 were previously notified of this offering.

This event is exclusive to individuals who indicated interest and submitted all necessary documents by March 21, 2025.
