Kalawahine Soils and Structural Investigations – Ph 2,

Attention: Residents of Kalawahine Subdivision, Island of Oahu

 

G70, in collaboration with consultants Haley & Aldrich and WSP, has been contracted by the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands for ongoing structural and geotechnical property condition monitoring in select units within the Kalawahine Subdivision.

Continued quarterly monitoring of select homes will be occurring to record measurements of crack gauges at select homes and of groundwater monitoring wells within the street right-of-way during the week of July 22 to July 26.

Flyers were passed out to affected lessees and surrounding neighbors on July 12, 2024, detailing the affected parking areas.
