TOPOGRAPHIC AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL SURVEY WORK IN HOʻOLEHUA SCHEDULED

 

(HOʻOLEHUA, MOLOKAʻI) – The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL), through its contractors R.M. Towill Corporation and Cultural Surveys Hawaiʻi, Inc., are scheduled to conduct field topographic and archaeological survey work in the Hoʻolehua area on and surrounding Farrington Avenue, Moʻomomi Avenue, and Puʻu Kapele Avenue.

The survey areas are highlighted in red in the maps below.

Field survey work will be done intermittently through January 30, 2024. Schedule is subject to change.

This topographic and archaeological field work is part of the planning and design phase of DHHL’s Hoʻolehua Scattered Lots infrastructure improvements.
