    • A list of plaintiffs from Kalima, et al. v. State, et al., Civil No. 99-4771-12 LWC (First Cir. Haw.) and a description of the settlement were published in the November 2022 issue of Ka Wai Ola.  The list was taken from 2016 court records and provided to OHA by DHHL, but the list was not reviewed by the Court or by the attorneys for the parties before it was published.
