Notice To Residents

 

Aloha Kapahu Street Residents,

This is a courtesy letter notifying residents that Prometheus Construction will begin construction for Department of Hawaiian Homelands at 2312 and 2316 Kapahu Street starting September 5th 2023. Working hours will be Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The work will consist of stabilizing the existing house by drilling piles into the ground and attaching them to the existing house footings.

Please bear with us throughout the project as the drilling will be loud. We will do our best to be mindful of the community throughout the process. Please see attached map for project location. Residents are advised to be cautious while proceeding through the area and keep an eye out for construction personal and equipment.
