37 Kapolei Turn-Key Lots to be Offered by DHHL
(KAPOLEI, HI) – The Department of Hawaiian Homelands (DHHL) hosted an orientation on Saturday, July 20 for waitlist applicants interested in turn-key lots within the Kanehili Subdivision in Kapolei.
The 37 turn-key homes will be built in partnership with Gentry Kapolei Development, LLC and are the same models and quality as area fee simple homes built by the developers. The turn-key lots will be presented at an offer meeting for pre-qualified beneficiaries in September.
DHHL’s turn-key lot is one of several offerings from the Department and is the result of beneficiary interest in ready-to-live homes.
Service providers and DHHL partners Bank of Hawaiʻi, Engel & Volkers Honolulu, Gentry, Guild Mortgage, Helen N. Wai LLC, HomeBridge, HomeStreet Bank, and the U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs provided beneficiaries with information on-site.
The Kanehili Subdivision awards are among 395 offers planned for 2019. DHHL has over 1,300 lots in its production pipeline that are anticipated to be completed over the next five years.
