NOTICE: CHANGE OF VENUE AND TIME
FOR WAIMĀNALO CONSULTATION

Aloha Hawaiian Homelands Beneficiary,

In an effort to collaborate with the elected officials representing Waimānalo, the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands has changed the venue and time for the beneficiary consultation in Waimānalo. That meeting will now be held:

  • Wednesday, July 27, 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the National Guard Armory Auditorium, Building 713, at Bellows Air Force Station
  • DO NOT go through the Front Gate on Tinker Road for this meeting. The Air Force will open up the Back Gate for easier entrance for Town Hall Meeting attendees.
  • Enter through the back gate to Bellows Air Force Station, which is on Akebono Road, off of Kalanianaʻole Hwy. Akebono Road is near Jack-In-The-Box at 41-1537 Kalanianaʻole Hwy., Waimānalo, HI 96795 at Waimānalo Shopping Center.
  • The Auditorium is Building #713 on the Bellows Facility. Akebono Road becomes Hughes Road on the base. Stay on Hughes Road and the first building you see on your left will be the Auditorium. Parking is located directly in front of the Auditorium.

This beneficiary consultation will be held in conjunction with the Waimānalo Town Hall Meeting and Legislative Report organized by State Sen. Pohai Ryan, State Rep. Chris Lee and City Councilman Ikaika Anderson. The town hall meeting will commence immediately following the beneficiary consultation.

The department apologizes for any inconvenience this change may cause.
