Brain drain from the Island is not want we need.  Help in incubating our talent to encourage growth and economic opportunity in the Lai&#039;Opua and surrounding area for all. 		<description><![CDATA[Any cost projections on the renditions?  It sounds great, but can you really find Ohana&#039;s that can finance and purchase the homes.  If you look into the current DHHL database of the family income of Native Hawaiians (If you have one), and see what percentage of applicants can meet the qualification guidelines.  Otherwise, you may have grandiose plans that cannot be implemented.  I would expect more analysis, economic and systems before moving forward.]]></description>
