Honokaia Primary Lots Hawaii DHHL Yes 10 acre Primary Lots are eligible to subdivide to 5 acre mimmum lot size pending county subdivision approval.
Honokaia Additional Acreage Lots Hawaii No Additional acreage lots are NOT eligible because they are supplemental pastoral lots.
Hoolehua lots on Molokai Irrigation System (MIS) Molokai DOA Yes – only for agriculture use, no domestic use allowed Lots are eligible to subdivide pending county subdivision approval.  However, subdivided lots cannot have homes on them or other domestic uses because there is no potable water available to these lots, only non-potable.  Subdivided lots can only be used for agriculture.
Hoolehua lots on DHHL system Molokai DHHL No DHHL water system is at capacity and cannot accommodate additional users.
Humuula Hawaii None No Existing homestead lots do not have official county TMK numbers.
Kahikinui Maui None No Existing homestead lots do not have official county TMK numbers, pending formal subdivision request.
Kalamaula Molokai DHHL No DHHL water system is at capacity.  No water available for additional users.
Kamaoa Hawaii County No Existing homestead lots do not have official county TMK numbers.
Kamoku Hawaii County Yes Lots eligible to subdivide pending county subdivision approval.
Kapaakea Molokai County Yes Lots eligible to subdivide pending county subdivision approval.
Kawaihae Hawaii Private No Insufficient water sources
Keokea Maui County No Limited water availability.  Water use is restricted per lot.
Lualualei Oahu County No DHHL is in the process of subdividing lots.
Makuu Hawaii County Yes and No Homestead lots are eligible to subdivide pending County subdivision application and approval process;  Lots without water service are not eligible to subdivide.
Moomomi Molokai DHHL No Existing lots do not have official county TMK numbers
Nienie Hawaii County Yes Lots eligible to subdivide pending county subdivision approval.
Panaewa Hawaii County Yes Homestead lots are eligible to subdivide pending County subdivision application and approval process and pending DHHL agricultural pilot project outcomes
Puu Opae Kauai ADC No Lots are not eligible for subdivision until water system is fixed for efficiencies and delivery.
Puueo Hawaii County No Existing homestead lots do not have official county TMK numbers. Awarded during acceleration awards.
Puukapu lots serviced by Puukapu Hybrid System Hawaii DHHL No Lots serviced by Puukapu Hybrid System cannot be subdivided because system is at capacity based on Waimea well agreement with County
Puukapu lots NOT serviced by the Puukapu Hybrid System Hawaii County or DOA Yes Lots serviced by or in close proximity to County system or DOA system may be able to subdivide depending upon capacity of these systems and County subdivision approval.
Waiahole Oahu County Yes Lots are eligible to subdivide pending County subdivision application and approval process
Waianae Oahu County Yes Lots are eligible to subdivide pending County subdivision approval.
Waimanalo Oahu DOA, County Yes Lots are eligible to subdivide pending County subdivision application and approval.
